- Collaborate with subject matter experts, operations, and management to collect and establish requirements for achieving the stated business or technical objective.
- Work daily with the Product Owner and scrum team to ensure that business outcomes are set and met in a timely way.
- Convert complicated business needs into clear, actionable activities.
- Create test cases and test packs.
- Present your findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration among Derivatives business functions is required to guarantee that the product supplied fulfills the needs of the stakeholders.
- Present new capability concepts to the product team.

- Connect the dots between isolated processes to get a bigger picture.
- Data structures and data management practices must be understood. Much of our automation requirements revolve around ensuring that we can pull timely data.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in a data or business analyst career
- 3+ Years of expertise in collateral management, as well as knowledge of the derivatives collateral market
- Excellent understanding of recent market regulatory reporting changes
- Margin calls, exposure calculations, and collateral terms
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or a related discipline, as well as appropriate job experience, are required.
- Technical credentials such as Blue Prism, SQL, Python, Markit EDM, and Agile SCRUM are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize numerous projects and operate independently with minimal supervision, are required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the thorough attention to detail
- Financial operational procedures (trade life cycle) knowledge in the derivatives sector
- Working knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and experience in an Agile SCRUM setting.
