Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in on-the-job training as needed.
- Conducting analysis, surveys, and interviews to acquire a better knowledge of the business requirements and data
- Identifying challenges/risks and giving solutions to resolve/mitigate them.
- Considering the advantages and disadvantages of various techniques.
- Understand current rules and practices, as well as the capacity to forecast future trends influencing the business/solution from a systems and process standpoint.
- Capability to document, construct, and administer dashboards for Status reports.
- Working knowledge of Java and J2EE components is required.
- Interacts with BA/SME, technical, development, and test leads to ensure the cohesive design and best practice sharing.
- Delivers assigned areas of responsibility on time.
- Capability to anticipate and manage problems before they materialize.
- Monitors team operations to ensure tasks are done on schedule in accordance with the project work plan.
- As needed or as time allows, assists other team members in fostering a supportive, team atmosphere.
- Ensures that communication between teams is regular and effective; participates in issue-tracking procedures.
- Coordination of interdepartmental meetings and communication to ensure program/project completion on time and within budget limits.
Skills Set Required:

- Excellent analytical abilities and a good sense of logic and structure and awareness of Microsoft Office products
Tool Skills Required:
- Preferred: M. Tech. in Cyber Security Certification in Security
